One of Manchester's top up-and-coming bands hit Stoke this week, with a live session on BBC Radio Stoke on thursday night's Subculture, and a gig at Fat Cat Cafe Bar in Hanley.
"Imagine The Bees with attitude and you're halfway there"
(Liverpool Echo)
"definitely one of the best unsigned acts at the moment"
(BBC Radio Stoke)
"an incredibly energetic outfit" (Guestlist)
"Bound to have you dancing like LOONS" (Volume PR)
The band play a mix of psychedlic indie, sweetened with barbershop harmonies, soured with primal anger and frenzied energy. Their eclectic sound has already been noticed and they have been asked to play with Tim Burgess of The Charlatans, The Rifles, The Specials, The Beat and Alabama 3, to name a few.
The last time they played in the area was supporting The Beat at M Club in Crewe. Check out some vids from the show to get an idea of what they're about.
