Let's face it, the streets in Stoke are a disgrace. I think that the fault lays in the people of Stoke on Trent's appalling attitude to littering and also with the City Council. Perhaps if the Council enforced the law on littering more and actually started to prosecute litterers the streets would cleaner. Personally I think that the Labour run council is a disgrace. Let's face it, the people of Stoke get the council that they deserve, if a donkey with a red rosette stood for election to the council it would get elected in Stoke.
